Description

Sourdough Mini Loaves flavoured with allspice, sweet potato (locally grown whenever available) and either walnuts or pecans

 

This formula is still being tweaked. The struggle is finding the right balance of hydration with the added sweet potatoes. Expect a minute differences in each batch while I figure out the best approach.

I'm very happy to trade! If you have homegrown fruits, veggies, herbs, etc., drop some in the box under the table and call it even! Otherwise, I'll put  a money box and Venmo on the table for cash payment. Basically, do what you can, when you can, how you can.
