This loaf has a denser crumb and a thicker crust. I personally find this bread well-suited for slicing. After a a couple of days on the counter, I'll slice what's remaining of the loaf and store in the fridge or freezer to use as toast, as needed. It makes the best french toast!
Ingredients: unbleached, organic all-purpose flour, water, salt, naturally leavened yeast (flour and water)

I'm very happy to trade! If you have homegrown fruits, veggies, herbs, etc., drop some in the box under the table and call it even! Otherwise, I'll put a money box and Venmo on the table for cash payment. Basically, do what you can, when you can, how you can.
